What's great about it: TT makes filing taxes easy and fast.
What's not so great: price could be lower for those of us that have been using the software for years. Frequent users club....

Love Turbo Tax. the whole process is easy and streamlined. I would suggest, however, that the very end of it, where you have to either save to PDF or print the return, that you be able to change back to letting windows choose. I got stuck after discovering my Office print file was corrupt. Ended up just saving a PDF file when I wanted to print a copy.
What's great about it: Easy, walks you thru everything. Lets you recheck as you go or at the end.
What's not so great: Once you've selected how to print your return, it won't let you back up if there is an issue.

Poor software

twice went into endless loops, causing me to have to force a quit and reenter data. If other companies can read this latest return, I will certainly consider changing.

I donʻt know why I wasnʻt using Turbo Tax before. It was fairly easy because I had no business expenses this year and it painless except for owing taxes.
What's great about it: Questions were easy to understand
What's not so great: Couldnʻt find the 2014 information from State taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like the option of being led through the itemized deductions or going straight to the entries that affect me.I love the concept of e-filing and the safe direct deposit. Even with about 3 years of complicated returns of the 15+ years I've used turbo tax, I've NEVER been audited.
What's great about it: Easy to use, never audited in the 15+ years
