Never Looking Back

I've been using TurboTax for over 5 years and I'll never use anything else. Prior to that I did my taxes by hand. I've never had a problem with TurboTax...never questioned the results, never found a glitch or bug, never had an audit.
Intuit products are of excellent quality (I have Quicken, as well). I can't review their in app help features or online help features because I've never had to use them. The application is intuitive and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy, Methodical, Trusted
What's not so great: Lots of Clicks

I've used Turbo Tax for >20 years and it remains the best and easiest way to file my taxes. I have never been audited or had any significant questions from the IRS
What's great about it: Very easy and thorough
What's not so great: Using on line account was not easy

Very easy to use

If you have your records in order, & I did, this is very easy to use. Just took me about 2 hours. I like that TurboTax imports data from last year so you don't have to look it up & can easily compare so you don't miss anything.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Couldn't be easier

I would recommend TurboTax to anyone who does their own taxes. We've been using it for several years in lieu of hiring an H&R Block preparer.
What's great about it: I don't even have to think about what to do with all the tax forms we receive.
What's not so great: It's a little bit confusing whether or not I need to enter $0 if a deduction doesn't apply.

2015 Refund

Using Turbo Tax allows me to work on may tax return at my convenience. Most situations that I have encountered have been handled with the program. I also used "it's deductible online" to manage charitable contributions.
This year I had to look at the forms and there is a function which allow you to see and maintain the tax forms.
What's great about it: Easy to use and guides through the return. I liked the comparison of my returns over the last 4 years.
What's not so great: For the NJ State return the wages were doubled. This happened the last few years.
