Turbo Tax is a very well designed program.

The program has changed in a positive way. There are added securities for the prevention of theft. The program also has been updated for the updated changes to tax situations. Each taxpayer has options for payments of fees and refunds. I would recommend this program.
What's great about it: This program is well designed for simple forms and also for complex business owners
What's not so great: Actually I don't have anything negative to say about this program.

First Time Filer - Excellent Process

This was the first time I filed on my own and I went TurboTax because 1) it's a trusted name 2) review/audit screening 3) software is supported on a Mac. The experience was great, intuitive and overall it was a very good experience.
What's great about it: Guidance was excellent!
What's not so great: Some screens could use help links, but it did not attract from the overall usability

I like the product and used it for years. Easy import from last years tax info. Seems like the right way to go!

First time efile

I have been using Turbo Tax for over eight years now. I decided to efile for the first time this year. Other than getting hung up on the drivers license issue, it was a breeze.
What's great about it: Its quick, no mistakes, unless I have entered something wrong
