TurboTax saves time

The installation went well and the ability to import from last year's return speeds up the whole process. I like the ability to select what to work on, or to go through a step-by-step guide.

I'm very disappointed with this freezing issue, it did not occur in previous years. This is a 2015 Apple computer
What's great about it: Seemed to be easy enough, however....see cons
What's not so great: The software would freeze and I had to reboot the computer. This occured 4-times and was a real pain.

Does all the math for you and is a simple step by step. It walks you through the entire process. I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years and have never had a problem with it.

So Easy

I have been using TT for several years, and the product has never let me down. The calculations are precise and accurate, and I am able to complete my filing in the shortest period of time.
What's great about it: Explanations at each step are clear and concise.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used Turbo Tax several years now. It is a great program, easy to follow, get good information about specific items, and make the process much less frustrating than going through the standard paper worksheet format. I would recommend this program to anyone filing a tax return.
