The option of filing a state paper form and printing it was much more confusing than last year.

Don't take this for granted!

I'm old enough to remember when you either had to do it by hand with a calculator and forms or go to a tax accountant. This is so much better. Not only is it faster, but you pay less. Turbo tax has has gotten better every year I have used it. At this point, it is a well oiled machine!
What's great about it: This saves a ton of time and increases your refund
What's not so great: You need a decent computer

2015 Turbo Tax Delux Program

Like the save tax form in the middle of the program. I cannot do an entire tax form in one sitting, so being able to stop and return later to finish the filing is very helpful.
Also like the features of saving a copy to my computer and /or printing a copy when completed.
Overall, a great program.
What's great about it: Quick, accurate, easy to understand
What's not so great: None

kept getting stuck

1. had to figure out why the app won't open on my mac;
stumbled onto solution by changing preferences
2. app shut down in the middle of filling it out; nothing was saved, had to start over again
3. several times the app got stuck in 'calculating' mode; had to force close and reopen 4 times
4. cost to file state returns is steep
