What's great about it: State return didn't require any additional input.
What's not so great: Program got stuck "calculating" at several points when no data had been entered.

This was my first time using Turbo tax. I was very impressed how easy it was to use and how thorough it was. It found a $200 credit for me that I never even expected receiving
What's great about it: Guided through everything step by step and provided explanations for items that I was unfamiliar with

Need more page printing guidance

I had 74 pages of tax returns to print, including the worksheets..
It would have been helpful to have the pages numbered to determine which pages I needed to absolutely print for:
1) the federal (Pp 1-62) vs.
2) the State return (Pp 63-74). And,
3) charitable deductions (Pp 12-34) were absolutely a waste of paper to reproduce.

It took me about an hour to discern which pages I wanted to duplicate print from my Federal and PA state returns.
A sequential pagination marker would have helped immensely.
What's great about it: Done in leass rthan 2 hours
What's not so great: Need page numbers on the pages

Hate Intuit

Before Last Year when you bought Turbo tax you got everything you needed to file all your taxes. Now you have different levels to get what you need. The price for the basic is the same as it used to be for all the forms they give no break for that and charge more if you have Stocks, or a business.
Don't think I will be using their product any longer.

Great product! Wil use again next year...and the next....and the next. :-)
What's great about it: User friendly and quick
What's not so great: Took an hour to get it loaded and updated and just frustrating.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The Printer option HORRIBLE!!!!

Why can't the program to configured to simply PRINT! What's with the "Preview and Print" What if users don't have PDF, Word, or any other apps loaded on their home computers or laptops????? The Print option is useless if a customer does not have pdf or word on the laptops or computers.
What's great about it: Its very intuitive
What's not so great: The Printing option HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Frustrated

SEVERAL times during the program (on a MAC), the program was stuck when making calculations. I had to Force Quit 5 times when we got to the Smart Review section.
What's great about it: Liked doing it at home
What's not so great: Problems with program getting stuck over and over
