Fast & easy, step by step process. Skip the explanations if you don't need them but they are there to clarify anything you don't totally understand. Click, click, click and your refund is on its way to your account!

It's All Good

Doing taxes never easier. I've used TurboTax the last three years and will continue to make it my "go to" tax software.
What's great about it: Easy and Accurate.
What's not so great: Had to manually start and update

It took 40 min. to figure out how to contact support. It did not pick up the city tax from the w-2 automatically, and the step by step did not catch it either. The support person was friendly and helpful. This years version was sub-standard to previous years.
What's great about it: automatically loads last years info and compares it
What's not so great: step by step in state and city didn't work

Good product

We've been using Turbo Tax for years and we've never had any issues with the product itself or with the end product of filing the federal and the state returns. I don't like that when you have to go back to edit a certain portion of the return, it makes you click through all of the steps again. I still click through all of the steps just to make sure that my update was saved. Other than that the instructions are easy to follow and I'm confident in our filings.
What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: A lot of clicking if you have to go back
