What's great about it: easier every year, tried others Turbo Tax is great

One Problem Detected

Supporting details did not total after one of the software updates. I tried the user forum where others had the same problem, but there was NO solution provided.

No Worries Refund

Always look forward to using the step by step ,no hassel ,complete tax program!!! The days of having to sit in long lines or pay the over priced tax people to do what we can do in our own home. Will buy it year after year!!!!

Filling Multiple State Taxes - VERY CONFUSING!

This is the first time I've had to file multiple state taxes in over 20 years. The process of 'allocating' you income between the states was just outright confusing. Instructions were vague with examples that made no sense.
I just had to take the program calculations as being correct. I was unable to figure out how the program calculated everything. Somehow SS income for Georgia is entered as a disability. What's with that??
What's great about it: Easy Fed form completion
What's not so great: Moved to another state this year - not comfortable with results

I've been saying this for years now. For those of us that are TurboTax veterans PLEASE have an option to start TurboTax in the Forms Mode

I only do one Fed and one State return per year so I have to lean to use Turbo Tax over again each year. You do a good job of providing running comments and instructions but I hope you try to keep annual program changes to a minimum. For example: I couldn't find a way to print just one form while doing my taxes. Another example: "back" sometimes takes you back several pages instead of just one.
All things considered you've done a fantastic job with an impossible task. I've been using Turbo Tax for at least 15 years, probably 20 and I am always amazed that anyone could create such a program.

What's great about it: Your explanation of items and the "back" button.
What's not so great: Changes to the program from year to year. However most times there good when I figure them out.
