Quick & Easy

I really like the way the s/w keeps a running comparison of this year and last year entries. It increases my confidence that I haven't forgotten anything. The "It's Deductible" tool is great for itemizing material donations to Goodwill. I would never have thought such donations are worth so much.
What's great about it: Very intuitive & easy to follow. Love the "It's Deductible" feature.

quick and easy to use

overall the program is a quick, clear and concise tool to use for filing your taxes. I disliked the high fee for filing the state return, the cost of the fee effectively eliminated my refund. the state requires us to file electronically and should have a lower fee due to this requirement. This most likely isn't anything Turbo Tax can change.
What's great about it: clear and concise instructions
What's not so great: seemed to get stuck on calculating. Disliked the fee for filing the state return.

The software is Easy to use, the interface screen are clear easy to navigate. You can move as Fast as you want through the different steps. It's also Reliable, specially by identifying possible errors.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 5 years. I really like the way it's setup and how easy it is to follow.
What's great about it: Easy Step by step, and got my max refund.
What's not so great: None, very easy to use

Easy, Fast, Reliable

I have been tax preparer when younger. I wish this existed back then... and I mean back then...
So, I know about tax law and how to look for deductions. Turbo Tax takes the "edge" out of it. I recommend using the guided instructions: They go step by step, giving you suggestions along the way. If your tax return is a simple "single" or even if you have complicated situations like home based business plus W2, Turbo-Tax has options for you. If simple, then a simple "free" option is available.
At the end, Turbo Tax compares your filing with the rest of filers and gives you an "estimate" of an IRS audit.
Also, I have paid for Audit protection plan, this way I rest assured I have a team of professionals that will back me up.

What's not so great: It got stuck at times "Calculating..."
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good experience - if doing the short form its great!! Long form a little tricky doing stock sales and investment income but doable.
