Turbotax is a good IT tool for customers that are looking for a ease of use.
What's great about it: Great use of the app for ease of use

Quick & Easy - No pain

I have been using this for 5 years. It is hassle free and saves me from thinking too much. I will use this again. Wish it didn't cost so much though, but I guess that's the benefit of the Quick & Easy part...
What's great about it: Step by step instructions
What's not so great: Have to pay for the State's e-file submission

I would only give it a 6 out of 10 as the updates had to wait quite a while and then program would get locked up in calculation mode and had to shut down & restart programs many time to finish..
What's great about it: It is easy to be walked thru.
What's not so great: Program kept getting stuck in this years version

Printing

Everything else is OK but the printing. It is confusing and the actual printing question should be at the very end not 3 times confuses those of us who are not computer whizzes and don't always understand why so many times. your rating screen is very difficult!
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Printing should be streamlined so it is only done at the very end

TurboTax is a great product!

I filed electronically using TurboTax for both my Federal and State returns. They were both accepted within hours of submission, and my state refund was in the bank 48 hours later! Can't beat that for fast!
What's great about it: Easy to work with and reminded me of entries I hadn't thought of, or had forgotten
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Buggy

After the TTAX update I did on 3/23/2016, crashed frequently. After all these years it shouldn't be an adventure.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
