Efficient And Easy To Use!

This was my first time using Turbo Tax and I couldn't have had a better experience. It was easy to follow, very user friendly, and I was able to get my taxes done in half the time (and cost) than going to a personal tax preparation service. I am so happy that I decided to use Turbo Tax this tax season!
What's great about it: User friendly, fast, efficient, helpful, inexpensive
What's not so great: N/A
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I have used Turbo for many years, and each year it seems to easier to use. Had my taxes done by a professional once and he couldn't do any better
What's great about it: Easier to comprehend
What's not so great: at times difficult to review specific sections without going through entire section

Filing Fed is solid, filing states not so much

Turbo tax is good for filing with one state and the fed. When more than one state is entered, Turbo tax does not do a great job of making sure that the state forms "talk" with each other. Additionally, information about state specific filing is not easily available. Several times, I needed to research outside of the software (e.g. Google) what specific terms were asking for while filing.
What's great about it: Fed return information
What's not so great: State specific information is lacking

Thank you Turbo Tax for lowering the barrier of entry when it comes to doing my taxes. I love the ability to import forms directly from external platforms and the helpful modals do a good job of answering the questions in my head. Rock on!
Only wish I'd known earlier I didn't have to purchase the CD and could have just used the online version. Just a suggestion for clearer advertisement.
What's great about it: Gamefies doing my taxes

The Best Software Ever!

I am a medical professional with a fair amount of experience with all sorts of software, and TurboTax is easily one of the most effective and valuable programs I have ever used - absolutely worth every penny...
What's great about it: Essentially perfect
What's not so great: None that I can detect

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It makes doing the tax returns so much easier. Just answer the questions.
This year, unfortunately we owed money to the federal government and felt we should send that return with our check by mail. However, we are disappointed that our state return cannot be e-filed because of this. That is the first negative we have had using this software. Hope that can be changed in the future.

What's great about it: It is very easy to understand and catches alot of things that I would have missed by doing it myself.
What's not so great: Sometimes it is confusing if you have to go backwards to correct something.
