A sincere relief!

Recommend turbo tax to anyone looking for peace of mind for data given to the IRS. Very satisfied for three years using this software.
What's great about it: only essential info. required
What's not so great: some doubt re. the question for financial information

I think all this Obama health care stuff was confusing.Also tje contribution section also.The section on donation of a car with just a receipt no form.

I've used Turbo Tax for about 8 years and will use it again next year. It's quick, logical, and very direct. I hope that the problem I reported in the "cons" above will be fixed because that's the only thing that slowed down my work on my Federal and State returns this year.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: A "circling" calculating notice came up when I completed a section. I had to save my work, exit, & re-open the program.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Best Tax Return ever

Excellent experience, I would definitely file my taxes again!
What's great about it: My first tax return and I got back money
What's not so great: There appeared to be a bug in the program, but it was easily fixed

I've used Turbo Tax exclusively for more that 25 years for my family's taxes. I trust its accuracy and is easy to use. The one area I find awkward is the step involving "printing" return. I believe it would clearer to separate the "save as PDF" and "print copies" on separate screens. My suggestion would be to first ask "Save my tax return as PDF file", with the three options (i.e., tax return, tax return w/important worksheet, tax return with all sheet). Next screen, "Print my tax return for my records", same three options. Last, print my tax return for filing.
What's great about it: Ease of use, can skip the guide me section and go straight to the sections to update
What's not so great: The save pdf/print section is a bit confusing
