What's great about it: EASY TO ENTER DATA
What's not so great: Would like to view line entries while I am entering data. AKA Split screen?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've enjoyed using Turbo Tax for several tax seasons and it makes doing our taxes much easier.
What's great about it: Program works great, with step by step instructions.
What's not so great: None

After finishing the KY state tax process..Your program kept sending me back to "Need to finish State Tax Return", even though the State Review said "No Errors"...did this 3-4 times. The first time I went back I had to re-enter all of my state entries..not good. Then I just ignored it.
Been using this product for 15-20 years ..first problem I have experienced.Hopefully this will not happen next year
Pros: I bought or sold investments
