Great for first time taxpayers or people with little experience in doing tax returns.
What's great about it: ease of use,effecient
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

so easy, shows refund each step, saves information yearly so you dont have to refill standard items
