kept getting stuck

What's great about it: easy and intuitive
What's not so great: kept getting stuck and having to restart program. put in a worksheet that was unnecesary

2015 Tax filing

I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years and so far only one audit which proved to be because of my omitting to submit a required form and data.
I have not so far needed to contact TurboTax for any questions, the on-line and built in help have provided any needed clarification

What's great about it: Detail step by step instructions, accuracy check of return befor e-filing
What's not so great: When an error is discovered during checking, somewhat confusing as to where you enter the corrected or new data
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Multiple States - Home Offices

When I was entering information on my home offices, thje directions were non-existent. My payment to Uncle Sam seemed vey good. When I got to the review section, it stated I had numerous errors in that area, after correcting, my payment to Uncle Sam went up substantially.
What's great about it: Caught Errors
What's not so great: Poor Directions

I have used Turbox Tax for years. The fact that I can import last year's information is a great reference and time saver.
What's great about it: Takes you through each section step-by-step but also lets you choose to jump around

Most pages, you cannot use the touchscreen to scroll down, you have to use the side bar. Annoying!!

Easy And Painless

I have been using Turbo Tax to file my Federal & State returns since tax year 2000. Over the years, the revised question and answer format for entering ones information has evolved to the point where it is extremely easy and simple to follow, even when one has a situation that is not the norm. I am very impressed with the overall product. My only criticism is that the procedure and process flow for entering the IP PIN vs the E-File PIN is somewhat confusing, although this may be a least partially due to the fact that this is the first year I have had to use an IP PIN.
What's great about it: Question and answer format easy to follow.
What's not so great: Procedure for entering IP PIN vs E-FIle PIN somewhat conufusing.

This program is easy to use. I keep wondering why people are paying high-priced accountants when they are probably filling our your return on the same program.
