Love doing my own taxes

I have been a user of Turbotax for close to 30 years. As our family has grown and aged, our financial situation has become more complicated, and Turbotax continues to meet our tax needs. As an educated citizen of America, I stubbornly persist in doing my own taxes: I believe that an educated citizen SHOULD be able to prepare their own taxes! Although I am sometimes challenged to understand tax language and forms, Turbotax makes the process possible for the average citizen to complete (relatively) painlessly. The step-by-step questioning, which matches the format in which information is reported on my W-2's and other documents, makes me confident that I have considered every aspect of my finances in completing my taxes. We have never been audited: this gives me confidence that Turbotax continues to provide up-to-date, reliable guidance.
What's great about it: easy to enter information and easy to get explanations for terms I do not understand.
What's not so great: well, I don't like doing taxes in general.

Very easy to use

I never filled so easily my taxes. Only 2 hours where I was used to spend 2 days to understand all the détails and rules. It would be great if the product could contain already several states and e-filling option without having to pay.
What's great about it: Simple, most questions covered
What's not so great: Need to pay for each state and e-filling, do not cover very well foreign countries cases

Turbo tax is easy to use and walks you through every step of the way to maximize your return and pay the least amount of income tax.

Made taxes easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for as along as I can remember and have never had any problems. It is a great program!
What's great about it: Very easy, straight forward and made doing taxes quite easy and almost enjoyable
What's not so great: It's not free to file the state income tax.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
