Best way I've found to do taxes

I've been using TurboTax for ~ 20 years and it has taken me through quite a few tax status changes without fail.
What's great about it: The guide takes you through every situation

Still love TurboTax

As always, Turbo Tax came through like a trooper. It considered all of my options for me, offered explanations, and guided me through.
I had a little trouble figuring out how to get rid of forms I didn't need because I had imported them from the previous year. I wish I would have had the chance to review those or see everything imported to decide if I still needed them. I'm sure that's an option and I just missed it. But I almost ended up with forms I didn't need. On the other hand, that's what the review at the end is for, and that's how I caught it.
Another satisfying year with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I always like that TurboTax considers all the possible options and chooses what's best for the filer.
What's not so great: Was not impressed with the process for state. Parts were unclear and there was no descriptions or details for the entry.

TurboTax Helps Find All The Deductions!

I have used TurboTax for more than ten years. I recommend it to all my friends, even those with real estate, investment, or other complex tax issues.
What's great about it: Helped identify moving, deduction, education, and work-related expenses I am entitled to.
What's not so great: On education expenses, need to ask separately for student fees not included in 1098
