not totally satisfied

what does it take to get it to load last years return? You give ridiculous instructions to print the return and then later it's done with no problem. do you guys have stock in an ink company???
I finally figured out how to import info but didn't know if I was supposed to click on another button between picking the bank and hitting continue. those instructions could be better. I've been doing this for 20 years and still I'm not comfortable doing it.

Make tax season less stressful!

I go to Turbo Tax every year. It compares last years forms and automatically fills in the blanks when it can. It gives me ease of mind. I need more help than an EZ form but not as much as a need for an accountant. Turbo Tax asks all the questions and helps me get everything in the right place and with deductions that I wouldn't know about by myself.
What's great about it: It asks you all the questions. All you have to do is fill in the blanks.
What's not so great: Haven't found any yet after at least 6 bur more like 10 years!

I have used TurboTax for the last 17 years and have never been disappointed. Love it!
What's great about it: Excellent explanations of everything. It's easy!

What's great about it: Federal return handled all my needs to maximize my refund.
What's not so great: Colorado state step-by-step missed asking for tax-exempted bond interest completely. Had to go into worksheet to add it.

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 6 years. It is easy and convenient. Turbo Tax made it easy by using by using simple English where anybody with a High School diploma can understand!2

easy transfer from federal to state forms

Overall, I have been happy wit Turbo Tax for the past 10 years. Had a couple of glitches documenting auto use last year, but was easier this year.
What's great about it: step by step guide
What's not so great: add estimated tax forms when I had clicked NO. Had to go into forms mode to remove

I instructed to mail the check but it kept asking for a bank account implying that the refund would be deposited. My brother Arlie, is in a nursing home and the state has control of his checking account. I had no way to cancel a direct deposit,
