Have used TurboTax for several years and don't even think about buying anything else now. Just a few "nice to haves" but the basic process is good.
What's great about it: Steps are easily followed as you go forward and the questios to obtain the information necessary are detailed.
What's not so great: When you need to go back to a prior field, it would be helpful if you didn't have to always do it with the back button w
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used Turbo Tax for years. I love the ease and how it walks me through all considerations. I am no tax pro but Turbo Tax makes me feel like one!
What's great about it: Easy to use. Steps through all considerations. Copies from last year making it even easier.
What's not so great: frequent updates

Not the same

I had a few times when turbo tax would hang in the calculate mode. I had to go "back" - then save, quit and start turbo tax over to get it to continue.
I've never had this problem with TT before. Just thought it was not as friendly and easy as it was last year.
And, it did not automatically fill in the 1040ES information from last years returns. I thought that was odd.

Overall a great experience.
The only small glitch was having to calculate the taxable portion of my federal pension, which was indicated on the 1099R from OPM as "unknown". I had to go back and forth several times in TurboTax, and Google the IRS for the "simplified method" to figure it out.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and good explanations on some complicated topics
What's not so great: Could use better assistance on IRS Pub 575

Turbo Tax Support -2015

Customer service and Tax experts help were exceptional to resolve my multiple state tax filing. I had spoken to tax expert lady who was patient and knowledable and she stayed with me but was disconnected. Next time I called again, I spoke to another tax expert Eric (took his name down), he was exceptionally good and helped me complete my complicated multi state tax returns.
I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I find it easy and the extra help support makes the purchase worthwhile. Keep up with the great customer service. Thanks!!!

What's great about it: just right guidance for the questionaire with depth at finger tips
What's not so great: in some places entering into a sheet would make entry faster
