Pretty Easy

most was good except where I asked where to enter new vehicle sales tax. the answers kept telling about previous years. I finally found the correct answer, but it took a long time.

Love Turbo Tax

2 things I don't like:
Printing at the end is confusing. Save as PDF and then go there to print it, or look at print preview and then print??? Please just give me a print button like you use to have. With the options to print for myself or to mail. What you have now is too confusing. I have used your turbo tax for over 10 years. Like the old style better.

Next dislike: I had started my taxes, saved them. Went back today (which was 2 weeks later) and it told me I needed updated. So I did. I think one of them was a program update. Anyhow, when I hit continue taxes, it took me to the beginning, not where I had saved it 2 weeks ago, which was about 3/4 of the way done. Really sucked trying to find out where I left off! This needs to be fixed!
What's great about it: Asks me everything
What's not so great: Printing at end is confusing!

Getting Better

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe program for over ten years and it has continued to improve year over year. Some issues continue to linger. Also, Turbo Tax seems to pay lesser attention to State Tax Return program and in all these years I have been using it the program continues to transfer information from Federal to State return inaccurately.
Since I have not used any other tax program I do not know how this program fares in comparison.
What's great about it: Improved over last year
What's not so great: Still doesn't download data accurately from brokerage transactions.

TAX DAY

WE HAD TO DO OUR RETURNS TWICE AS THE COMPUTER GOT INADVERTENTLY TURNED OFF WHILE WE WERE PRINTING OUR STATE TAX RETURNS. WHEN WE RETURNED WE COULDN'T FIND ANY FILE OF OUR PREVIOUS WORK.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE FOR THE MOST PART
What's not so great: COULD USE AN AUTOMATIC SAVE FEATURE
