A quality product that I have used year after year

Other than the three spinouts noted above, it was the same quality product that it has always been. I personally wouldn't consider using any product other than TurboTax for preparing my tax returns as well as tax returns for several other family members.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions
What's not so great: Three instances of program spin requiring a back up, save and reentry of tax file

Turbo Tax 2015

I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to use. Convenient, low cost, and easy to use in your own home at your convenience.
What's great about it: complete, easy to do, several reviews, to insure it was complete

Crashes constantly

TurboTax Deluxe (for tax year 2015) crashes constantly!! I've seen other complaints about this by both Windows and Mac users.

Been using this for nearly two decades

Have been using this product for nearly two decades, and recommended it to others as well. Can't imagine trying to use paper forms, and I don't want to pay a preparer (plus they are not perfect).
What's great about it: Breaks through all the crud which you can't possibly understand
What's not so great: Cost of e-filing state return

Very glitchy software

When going to the calculation function at the end of each section, the calculation would seize. The only way I could get it to work was by quitting Turbo Tax. I then had to go back into the program and the calculation would work fine until having to complete another section. Also, tried to use It's Deductible and it would not calculate or save what had been inputed. Very disappointed with Turbo Tax and It's Dedcutible.
What's great about it: Works the same as other years.
What's not so great: Very glitchy

Asked me a question in review about my type of job in review of an educational deduction. Could never find on any of the finished forms where that turned up, and don't understand why it asked this for a Student loan interest deduction, which has nothing to do with my profession?
What's not so great: Couldn't find way to look at Forms until after done.
