I enjoy using TurboTax with the step-by-step instructions. Plus, the have plenty of links to click on to answer questions or give more information about thing.

Turbotax organizes the confusing tax forms into simple steps that you can do as many steps at a time as you want . It then saves all the information and reopens at the place you left off.
All of the math is done on an ongoing basis so you can see where you stand with each entry.
Once you have entered everything, the program reviews your return for errors and takes you to the entries that need to be corrected. Then it reviews your return again.
Once all is considered correct, you are ready to e-file or mail your return, whichever you prefer.
Turbotax keeps you informed of the progress of your return after you have filed.
All of this leads to an accurate return and an ease of mind.

Worried

Having program hang twice, plus finding a known bug that K-1 entries do not appear on the summary page, makes me MUCH less confident that this is the program I should use next year. Any comments re my concerns? What assurances can you offer that problems won't continue?
This concern arises after many years of problem free use of TT.

Calculator

explain the use of the keyboard better. calculator needs a stand along icon easy to find and select.
What's great about it: good for putting correct info in correct place as long as the cursor was in the right place
What's not so great: Calculator disappeared started over after every calculaion

Used this product for years, no worries
