Everything great except navigating to worksheet editing after having completed return the first time. Figured out how to do this but wasn't automatic.
What's great about it: Easy to know what to enter at each step
What's not so great: Somewhat more difficulat than some previous version to go back and edit entries at the very end.

Turbo Tax is good option for us because we are retired and use the standard deduction and don't have any issues that complicate the process.
What's great about it: fast
What's not so great: no cons!

RDP Still Difficult

All the normal stuff worked quickly and accurately. Doing a CA RDP was not as straight foreword as I would like. TT jammed at the end of the IRS at the unneeded state return. Things worked better after deleting the state return. On filing it still asked about the state. RDP as a little better this year than last however.
Also I noted that payments for IRS do not show EFTPS for payments of taxes or estimated. Electronic payments with the IRS are great and should be noted.
What's great about it: Was able to quickly do my taxes
What's not so great: RDP instructions and operations still confusing

Form 1040A and Form 1(Mass)

As a retired Large Case agent for the IRS for 35 years , I could probably do the returns myself. But by using Turbo Tax, I don't have to review any changes made to current year taxes. I can rely on Turbo Tax to do my research for me and to correct any mistakes I may have made.
What's great about it: All
What's not so great: Extra time needed to fill in state license and identity items. But it is necessary in this times so I don't mind.

Successful return

Easy to follow instructions. The next years are easier because it will import all the information from last year. Easy import of forms from all my brokerages
What's great about it: was able to complete quickly
What's not so great: you still have to pay to efile state return
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I found using Tubo Tax easy to use and covered all of my deductions and income areas
What's great about it: Asked all of the right questions, listed what docs were needed and helped through the inputting
