fast & simple

Other than the upgrade ads, it was very easy and not aggravating. Back when it was done on paper was so much more time consuming and very aggravating.
What's great about it: fast, simple, imports previous year
What's not so great: upselling while I'm trying to do my taxes

I've been using turbo tax for a couple of years and i like it very much. I definitely recommend it.

Have used it to do my multistate taxes for many years. It gets even simpler every year, guiding you through as you need it, with help.
What's great about it: Self guided with help
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use, smooth interface. Asks & answers all the right questions. Can be a little difficult to backtrack.

So helpful - each year gets better

Turbo Tax finds all the details for you.
Imports things from previous year, not only personal info but your PIN and last year's AGI to provide proof for state etc.
SO simple and SO helpful - really makes you feel confident about your return.
