The product is very good but to e-file I was getting messages to update after updating repeatedly.
What's great about it: Ease and help to complete files
What's not so great: Needed to update repeatedly to e-file.

Honestly the only concern I have is putting almost 100% trust in this program without validation (other than 3 years of successful filings). I'm an engineer and it's not easy for me to put that trust in something without knowing everything about it. But, it works! It's a relief.
What's great about it: walked thru every step with relative clarity and ease.
What's not so great: Not really any.

2015 Federal and State of Indiana Filings

This is a great program. Thank you for making it easy for this old man! For a MFJ return, would be better to show column for each spouse as you go thru it. I missed the radio button that switches income input to the other filer first time thru.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step
What's not so great: Wish all radio buttons would hold when you go back to edit.

Mac Download and Application Issues

I'e used my Mac and Turbo Tax for years. This is he first year I had issues with the download - easy fix, but still a problem and a delay. Once in the program and entering my information the program would get 'stuck' in the calculating mode and not allow me to continue. I had to force quite TurboTax and then reboot the program 7 times!!! Took me an extra hour or more to do my taxes than it should have since I have pretty easy return.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: Required multiple force quits and reboots to complete

I have done taxes for 30 years. This was much better than sitting
with the Tax manual on my lap.
I appreciate the way it worked and have advised others to use it.

2015 taxes

It took me a few hours to figure out what the program wanted me to fix in relation to the Schedule K-1 forms. The terms that the program used were not on the schedule K-1 form so I always had to type in what the form used for it's description.
What's great about it: Done for me.
What's not so great: difficult to figure out what the program wanted me to fix at the end.
