Done in record time!

I had been traveling for work for about a month, and wasn't looking forward to coming home to do our family taxes. I sat down at the kitchen table with all appropriate paperwork and in less than 2 hours I was done! Super easy to understand and I feel confident it was all done correctly. Thank you Turbo Tax for saving me money and making this super easy!

I used TT Deluxe and the help answers were excellent.
What's great about it: Guided me and explained everything I needed.Ability to go to forms
What's not so great: Cost
Pros: I bought or sold investments

there is no way to set the printer settings for a proper return.

A Mixed Bag

Was forced to log out as the only way to get out of infinite loops when "Calculating".
Really annoyed that you can not print an individual page/screen.
Would have been very helpful if the section on the 30% credit for solar informed you that it is not a refund; i.e., it can only reduce the amount due.
What's great about it: Most instructions are clear
What's not so great: Requirement for some entries/actions is not immediately clear.Multiple instances of an infinite loop in "Calculating"

My wife and I continue to find this program user friendly and easy to use. We can't imagine changing to another product.
What's great about it: easy, clear instructions, seamless, and if you can believe it...actually a little fun.
