It was a good experience

I have used and will use Turbo Tax over and over. Took a little longer than I expected.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Had problems with foreign income and tax

Buggy

Several times I had to quite turbo tax because it hung up when I got to the window "Calculating" Waited for 5 minutes and turbo tax was still "Calculating"
What's great about it: Not much
What's not so great: program hung up when it was calculating

Do it Yourself

If you don't have a complicated return and would like to make deductions, don't spend the money on an accountant. Turbo Tax is easy and accurate. You can do it yourself!

Rentering Data and Up Front Costs

Overall good. Should have option when you start to see fees and explanation of them for electronic filing. Not nice to do at end.
When you go back over a topic the circles you selected have to be reselected.
What's great about it: Good Lead Thru
What's not so great: Remter same answers

Easy, great way to do taxes!

I've used Turbo Tax for more than a decade. Over the years, it has become more intuitive and easy to use. I feel confident in using it and don't plan on changing to anything else.
What's great about it: Very clear steps and thorough.
What's not so great: None

First time using Turbo Tax

I had trouble printing and also had to backtrack when I decided to e-file, when I had first decided to file by mail. I finally got to where I wanted to get to, but it took me a little time. Perhaps, in fairness, this was my first time using this product.
What's great about it: It's pretty intuitive.
What's not so great: There were some areas where it was somewhat confusing
