As a CPA, this does all that's needed for most individual returns. If you have complications, use a professional CPA.
What's great about it: Easy to use - Forms view is helpful
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Works Great!!! But!!!! Credit Card Fee Stinks.

Turbo Tax is Fantastic!

I've relied on TurboTax for over 10 years to get my taxes paid accurately and without stress. Better, easier, and less expensive than using an accountant. Congrats, Intuit, on a terrific product!
What's great about it: Guides you through every step, very easy to understand
What's not so great: No negatives IMO

Only to half a day with large refund!!!

I have used TurboTax for at least 10 year and am happy every time. So much faster than I think it is going to be. VERY accurate with maximum refunds
What's great about it: fast and easy
What's not so great: The thot of doing this is intimidating but the process is simple

Thorough, but confusing

I do enjoy using TurboTax. It is very thorough and walks the user through things step by step. However, I switched computers from last year to this year, and when I moved my old files to my new computer the program did not want to read them correctly at first. I had three or four tax returns started before I got the problem resolved. Also, I have a small business that I did not run last year. However, the program made me go through the Schedule C questions anyway, which was a time-consuming because I had to figure out how to make the error messages go away. Other than that, though, the program worked well.
What's great about it: Walked through each step
What's not so great: Technical hang-ups; problems with Schedule C
