I have used turbo Tax for years and am extremely satisfied with the software. I have had need in the past for the state option in Arizona in prior years and it was just as professional and easy to use.

The store bought copy is a bit pricy but overall its worth it AND the cost is deductable

Failed to provide IRS Address

failed to provide add on return that cannot be submitted via e-mail.. it must be mailed... i tried multiple nick names none would take... don't you think there would be thousands of nicknames and the email add would be the unique identifier

I like program

I was trying to understand re-financing deduction and gave up on it and let it go I didn't want to take a deduction I wasn't aloud I understood what I could deduct but not how to enter it

It would be nice if the filer had the choice up front as to whether they wanted to pay for the state e filing or not.
What's great about it: Easy to file complete returns
What's not so great: Asks for money to file the state income tax .

Meh where's my free state return

You ask if I want to use my free state return in a prompt, then when I efile still charges me every year....
What's great about it: Easy to use with little effort
What's not so great: I have bought it for three years and still have yet to get my free state return
