Excellent Results, Great Value

I've used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years, and it has always accommodated my complete tax situation. This year, I had an unusual situation regarding some investment income, and I was able to learn the correct way to handle it through Turbo Tax's phone support.
What's great about it: Handles my complete tax situation
What's not so great: Just wish the wait time were shorter for phone support

Turbo Tax is Great!

I won't dread this time of year anymore, thanks to Turbo Tax! All of the steps were easy to understand and it made tax time a breeze, even for a Senior Citizen. Thank you for making this time of year a lot less stressful! I don't know how you could improve on this product -- it's already perfect.
What's great about it: It moved me through the topics without any snags.

Quick and simple

Overall, I would recommend Turbo Tax to everybody. This is our third year using the program and we have received more in returns than we did when using a professional tax preparer.
What's great about it: Following the leads, I was able to enter all my information quickly
What's not so great: Wading through all the areas that did not apply

TurboTax Makes a Complicated Process Simple!

I have been using TurboTax since 1998. I find it easy to use and accurate. I have never had an issue. My taxes are moderately complicated - dividends, capital gains, retirement accounts, HSA, K-1s, charitable donations, et cetera. TurboTax handles all of these situations. The only possible issue is that it does not seem to cover AMT payments from prior years. This is so complicated I probably have left some money on the table. I like the Federal Review which always catches a few entry mistakes. I use the Deluxe version. Efiling and direct deposit are simple.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Accurate, Affordable

PRINTING TAX RETURN, ALL FORMS, AND WORKSHEETS

I was disappointed that I had a hard time printing the return. I still am not able to print the return, forms and all supporting documents and work sheet. This needs to be improved for 2016 Tax Returns.
What's great about it: LIKE THE WAY IT GUIDES YOU THROUGH THE RETURN
What's not so great: WASN'T EASY TO PRINT-SHOULD BE A PLACE YOU CAN PRINT WHAT YOU WANT; LIKE ALL SUPPORTING FORMS AND WORK SHEETS
