Since we have everything downloaded each year it is so easy to do the next year without having to dig in files for information.
What's great about it: the questions you ask helps me think it through.
What's not so great: never had a problem

2015 Turbo Tax

Over all I love the product/application
I did have more than a few issues during "Calculations" where it just stayed there for minutes on end until I had to either quit the application or force a reset.

What's great about it: Easy to use - I have used Turbo Tax for years now
What's not so great: Unable to review last years contributions had to open last years statement to review

Freeze frame

Froze on me several times while performing calculations. Had to restart computer as well as do a hard reboot in order to get back into the program.
What's great about it: excellent questions, maximum refund, easy to use
What's not so great: froze while performing calculations.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
