HELP! i cant amend my state-pa tax return

i have had much success with turbo tax. but this year i need to amend the pa stat return. there was a form for entering parking fees and well, form 2106 already accounts for parking.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: when i try to amend my pa state return it just keeps looping

All but excellent

As mentioned above, under pros, it leads you well and keeps a running total of your tax status as you progress. Under cons, when doing a joint return, it would be extremely helpful if you identified to who the questions applied; for example, you start to ask questions about one of the individuals by name but do not indicate when a following question would then apply to both joint filers.
What's great about it: It leads you well through all your possible deductions and provides ongoing calculations as to how you stand tax wise.
What's not so great: Needs to have a little more clarity on questions as to who it pertains to on a joint return.

Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and prior to that the Mac In Tax version. I have never had any issues In the past years the usage of Turbo Tax has been absolutely flawless. This year I experienced incidents of it freezing up. I had to close out Turbo Tax and restart it. This happened two or three times. Fortunately it never lost where it was and all data entered was there. What it did was go into a continuous calculating mode and the only way to stop it was to force closure of the software. I use an Apple iMac with OS X El Capitan operating system
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: No cons expect this year had problems

Finished-at last

Had a lot of trouble with1099 entries. Difficult going back if something got missed. (With holdings did not match, you were short over $6000) Finally found a way to add, but info on where these amounts came from was never addressed. These amounts got entered without a source and your ERROR search never gave a way to insert missing information. Later my filing for California was restricted to mailing for filing (not sure if these 2 items are related).
I plan on next year to make a list of 1099s amounts before I start entering into TurboTax. Don't remember this confusion on first 2 uses on TurboTax.

Except for the above Con remark, I am satisfied with the product.
What's great about it: Ease of completing each screen. Impressed with accuracy checks.
What's not so great: Multiple calculating loops requiring to shut down computer and reboot the computer
