Turbo Tax

was easy to follow, 1099-misc could be a little easier but it was ok. it didn't ask about educator deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Reliable software

I have prepared and filed my taxes using TurboTax for many years, and I have been consistently satisfied. It is able to deal with some oddities of my tax situation, which I appreciate.
What's great about it: Accurate, complete set of forms, detailed instructions
What's not so great: Some instructions not clear, expensive e-filing of state return

This is my first time using this program and I find it very easy to use
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: I like it all
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Used your product since at least 2007, has worked well and have no problems with filing returns.
What's great about it: Very quick and easy for my return. Was able to do it in one setting.
What's not so great: Some problems with auto restart with update.

Too Easy!

The process was relatively painless and took only a little over 3 hours (I did not have all my information tallied up, as I would have with a CPA-provided worksheet). Nevertheless, a quick comparison with my last year's documents revealed the program had covered all the bases.
It was easy enough that I'll use it again next year, even though the returns may be complicated due to a new business!
What's great about it: Walked me through all entries, deductions, etc. It even transferred stock information directly from my accounts!
What's not so great: My first experience with tax filing software. I had a little apprehension not having a live CPA to work with.
