Very Thorough

I have used Turbo Tax for many years except when we had very unusual or complicated tax questions such as living overseas, rental income while overseas, moving expenses, casualty losses and similar circumstances with very tricky IRS rules. I am pleased to return to using Turbo Tax again this year and plan to continue to use it for future tax years.
What's great about it: I appreciate the step by step guide through each item especially the details boxes that answered most of my questions.
What's not so great: I had a few questions that I did not know where to look up the topic easily.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is the best year ever. I have been using turbo tax for several years and I think now its perfect.
What's great about it: Imported all my info ,1099 int div etc
What's not so great: none

Easy to use

I have been using turbo tax for as long as I have known of its' existence. Our father taught all 3 of kids how to do our own taxes by hand from a young age. He was our "tax advisor" and would check over our returns whenever we asked, even as older adults. My father is gone now and I am grateful to have turbo tax around to verify my calculations and answer my questions, even if I would rather it be my dad!
What's great about it: Walks you through what information you need to provide.
What's not so great: Could not always figure out easily where the info I provided was being utilized.

Incredible product!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it just keeps getting better. Not sure why the few lock ups but a simple close app and open and all came back just fine.

more glitches than years past

The program loaded very well. During use, however the program locked up (showed the "calculating" box) and refused to go onto the next topic. Had to "force quit" 3 times in various stages. At the end, when paying for E file, it would not complete. I had to call the toll-free number to make my payment. It probably took an extra hour to complete Turbo Tax. Not as easy as it was last year.
What's great about it: Easy to use Concise
What's not so great: lock ups

What's great about it: I like the program -- it always "reminds" me of things to search out for more deductions.
What's not so great: I am not the most computer-savy person -- getting it to print was quite a hassel.
