Turbo tax getting tougher to use

Runs flawlessy on iMac .. sort of

This is the first year I've ever had trouble with the software. It seemed to go into a forever 'calculating' state frequently.
What's great about it: was absolutely brilliant for picking up last year's return information, reaching out to ADP server for W2, and broker
What's not so great: Program frequently hung after using 'back' button. Save your file, quit program, and restart.

2015 Refund

Overall I like Turbotax and have used it for years. However, this year's program has some issues. As mentioned in the cons, the program apparently froze up and twice I had to use the power button to shut down to get out of the program. Secondly, at least three times the screen showed "calculating", but just kept on showing the word spinning around. Only by pushing the back button was I able to get out of this. Also, I like to do several drafts over time, but without a "save as" button, I couldn't change the draft name to a new one while also keeping the original draft.
Hopefully, these glitches will be corrected for next tax season because I still like the program.

What's great about it: Turbotax has all the information needed to file a return.
What's not so great: Program hangs up. Sometimes shows "calculating", but never does.

OK Software

Used this package for years, the Help needs to be better and this has always been the case. Additionally if you mistakenly enter data that results in a new form being created you will be hard pressed to ever get that out of your return - takes a LOT of work. I continue to purchase the software but, after probably more than a decade of using it, I will be asking my friends and family about their experiences and may consider another package next year.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use
What's not so great: Retains data you enter by mistake and try to remove

What's great about it: Easy to do. Lots of help if needed. Reasonably quick
What's not so great: A few questions did not apply to my income. We don't have W2's , we have 1099R's. Had to dig around to find 1099R.

Overall...good. I have referred all my friends.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: No substantial discounts for long time users.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
