Best Return to Date!

Took a while to navigate on my own, would recommend to go through program from the start. It was exciting to find the "lost money" as reported on the news. Refund was 65% higher than expected. Thanks!
What's great about it: Found "Lost Money"
What's not so great: Not sure right questions in right sections
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I have used turbotax for several years and as long as there are no changes then I will continue to do so.
What's great about it: helpful hints and waling through all steps and questions
What's not so great: even after paying for disc and it stating free efile I was charged to efile the state taxes.

Wasn't very obvious that we couldn't use the one from last year and that we had to have a new one.
What's great about it: Glad it's there to protect identity
What's not so great: Had to file my return 3 times and call the IRS to get the number

Filed my taxes with no pen work

LAST YEAR USING DELUXE WOULD NOT HANDLE STOCK SALES HAD TO DOWNLOAD PREIMER. THIS YEAR I DIDN'T SELL ANY STOCK AND DELUXE WORKED. HOPEFULLY NEXT YEAR I'LL BE TOLD WHICH VERSION TO USE BEFORE ORDERING. LIKELY I'LL HAVE STOCK SALES.
What's great about it: compution of tax
What's not so great: trouble with IRA's and annuity

YOUR ASSUMPTION THAT PEOPLE ARE NOT WANTING PAPER COPES OF THEIR RETURN IS WRONG. ALL OF MY CLIENT WANT ONE AND SO DO I.
ACCESSING PRINT COMMANDS IS VERY CONVOLUTED- HAVING TO GO THROUGH SEVERAL STEPS IS CONFUSING AND TAKES TOO MUCH TIME.

2016 version of home and state

This is the 7th year I have used TurboTax. I like the way it is constructed for me to follow. Plus having last year's info on the computer eased my input for this year.
What's great about it: Very easy to complete
What's not so great: after checking - the form with the error comes up but can't go to the questions related to it.
