Very easy to use. I was able to get through it fast & I love the convenience of being able to transfer the info from the previous year. I've been using turbo tax for years & don't think that will change.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, convenient

I really wish there was a way to save your return on turbo tax online. My computer crashed this past year and I had trouble finding my printed copy of 2014 return. I did find it but it would have made things a lot easier if I could have found it on my turbo tax account and just transferred information from there on to my new computer.
What's great about it: easy to use for any one
What's not so great: wish turbo tax would store tax online even when you purchase disc instead of downloading

Have used TurboTax for many years. Love being able to select what I want to do without having to go through the entire preparation guide since only values typically change.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Do not think extra should be charged for state filing - especially when Turbo Tax is advertised online for FREE and have already paid for package.

TOO MANY HOOPS

You ask too many questions and have too many hoops to go through when paying tax filing fee by credit card.
Suggest requiring only the card number, security number, expiration date and card holders name. Why all the pass words and ID to get signed on to pay the bill?
What's great about it: Over all good way to complete tax reports
What's not so great: Payment by credit card has too many hoops
