I came back to Turbo Tax after using H&R Block last year. Although H&R Block is cheaper, Turbo Tax guides you though easily without you pulling your hair out, to figure out your error. I spent two days last year on Block software trying to figure out where my prior payment should go in the state. I had to enter it manually.
What's great about it: Easily guides you through the program.

2015 tax returns

need turbo tax to correct above software problem for 2016.
I have used turbo tax since 2004 and have always been very pleased until this year.

Still the best, Still easy to follow the questions, and the consistent format allows me to organized my data for efficient inputting.
What's great about it: Great Download of info from previous years
What's not so great: Using Find function was not helpful.. tried to find out what MD form 502V was w/o success.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

ENJOYED USING TURBOTAX SOFTWARE FOR PERSONAL TAXES. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE EASY TO FOLLOW AND THERE IS ALWAYS A LINK IF THERE ARE ANY DOUBTS.
What's great about it: STEP BY STEP DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
What's not so great: A LITTLE DIFFICULT NAVIGATING FROM 1 CATEGORY TO ANOTHER
