Refund Refund Refund!!!With ease peace of mind!!!

I have been using turbotax for years now almost went with H&R block software this year glad I did not.
What's great about it: take the red out of refund and that is what you have using turbo tax
What's not so great: Not much to dislike!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Bring it down

Keep it simple for the everyday person, in terms they can readily understand. I am college graduate with four degrees, two undergrad and two post grad, and given the simplicity of my returns I found the process easy, but if you appealed to the person that doesn't speak English,where English is their second language you might discover that there is a market out there. Intelligence makes the complex simple, not confounding.
What's great about it: I liked that I could choose how I approached my taxes - guided or not
What's not so great: I noticed that the language has become more suited to the industry professionals, tax specialist.

Easy as Pie!

In the years since I started using Turbo Tax, I have saved a lot of money because I have been helped through deductions I might have overlooked. I do not have a particularly complex return, but it's even easier using Turbo Tax. My state return is made complicated by the nature of my income combined with state law and court decisions. Turbo Tax makes it really easy.
What's great about it: Easy. Reminds me of things I might overlook. Free Federal e-file.
What's not so great: Trying to think of a con! Can't!

Even if the property tax deduction doesn't affect my Federal return, you should allow me to enter it. Don't know if it would affect my state tax return and since I had too pay the state of AZ, did I leave money on the table? Would like to have been able to pick up the phone and ask someone but you guys don't do phones.
What's great about it: keeps a nice record of my return
What's not so great: wouldn't let me enter property tax in deduction field. See Review

No Stress Tax Filing

I have been using the program for many, many years, and it is very user friendly. There are always explanations available on screen, when I don't quite understand a question, or why it is being asked. I would recommend this program to anyone - first time tax preparers or seasoned pro's. Thanks for continuing to improve the program, and for making the filings so stress free.
What's great about it: I like the fact that there is instant support as you navigate through each page.
What's not so great: I would like to be able to have the option of "hiding" the running "refund" or "amt. owed feature in upper left corner.

Turbo Tax is the BEST!

Easy as can be. Turbo Tax walks you through every step. Explanations for every item if you don't understand. It is, simply the best.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Costs less than other services, 100% Guarenteed
What's not so great: I can't find any.
