Great program...Still owed FED...

At first I thought I had done something wrong on the forms so I started to contact customer service. The wait time was a little longer than expected but when I finally got through the assistance on the other end was GREAT! She walked through every step with me to make sure I didn't miss anything. I still owed the FED money but at least I know I got all the numbers right...
What's great about it: The program was insanely easy to use, even for my first time.
What's not so great: still had to pay to E-file my state taxes even though preparing them was free.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Many years using Turbo Tax. It merges old data into new return
What's not so great: Sometimes I don't know exactly what I am supposed to input

Great product

Turbo Tax is very user friendly. The only thing I'd like is that it pulled all my information from last year, so that I didn't have to enter it all again. All-in-all great product.

Consistently Very Good

I like the consistency and continuity year after year. That is why I keep coming back to TurboTax. I like that you keep improving the navigation each year. Just keep doing what you are doing and I will keep coming back.

Maximized My Refund!

I have been using TurboTax for 25+ years and it seems like every year it gets less stressful and time consuming. Very easy to use. Only negative is that I find the fees to file the State return and the banking charges for processing the refund to be excessive.
What's great about it: The step-by-step process makes it so easy to get the taxes filed and keep your sanity.
What's not so great: Some explanations of the Credits or Deductions was difficult to understand. Also fees for filing were high.

TurboTax is the best

This year for the first time, I chose the sections I wanted to rather than go through the tax return from beginning to end. Much faster. I love that we can do that AND that you can check the whole return to make sure I haven't missed anything. I love that you take last year's return and compare to this one, especiallly for the charitable deductions. Very helpful. I love TurboTax.
What's great about it: flexible, user friendly

quick and easy filing

I used to do my tax but it nearly takes me a whole day doing it. Having someone do it for me cost too much money. The Turbo Tax made it all very simple, does not cost too much, quick and exciting as you immediately see your refund go up when doing it right.
What's great about it: simple and exciting seeing refund on screen
What's not so great: difficult to get immediate answers to problems
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
