Disappointed in 2015 software

Right after filing, I noticed that i can't go back to see if my 2014 refund amount was credited on my 2015 return. Cant't navigate as in the past and make specifit corrections.
Frames froze up on "Updating" a window several times.
Had to log out and back in to continue!
Meanwhile I have to investigate what happened to mu 2014 overp[ayment amount that I applied to this current 2015 return and was not brought over.

What's great about it: Seems very complete
What's not so great: Dificult to go back and make specific corrections

TurboTax is easy to use and is the quickest, least expensive alternative I have found to doing my taxes myself vice paying an accountant. You do need a basic understanding of how to report income and what are the necessary records to keep throughout the tax year to ensure you get all the deductions you are due. The Help feature is especially good. I found the Community Center and forum to be extremely helpful, especially when I had questions regarding my state tax section. All-in-all, a great product!
What's great about it: Product is easy to use and has an excellent help and community center for those pesky tax questions.
What's not so great: The Step-by-Step feature is great for the first pass through, but cumbersome when reviewing and updating a section.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Although there are minor issues, overall, I like Turbo Tax and have used them for more than 12 years. Pros outweigh the cons.
What's great about it: walk thru program
What's not so great: Answers to questions can sometimes be complicated

Overall very pleased with the ease of gathering information, helpful information, ease of printing flagging pages, and filing. Great job this year for 2015 returns.
What's great about it: Well documented and easy to follow instructions.
What's not so great: I don't like the humerous comments such as " alright this is taking more time", etc.

Made my taxes doable. I love the step by step data entering and the review process. It also saved a considerable amount of money had I needed to take my tax information to a CPA for completion.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions, could look at forms when necessary
What's not so great: most explainations good but some confusing or missing
Pros: I bought or sold investments
