Only one glitch

The State ID page seemed like a good idea until I got to the ISSUE DATE request. My license does not show an issue date! The page would not let me continue without said date, even though the information said I could skip entering a state ID completely.
VERY FRUSTRATING. Fortunately I was able to close the as yet unsaved return and skip the page when I re-opened the file.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps. Freedom to choose what i work on.
What's not so great: State ID page

This is very easy, they cover every question possible. I have used turbotax for at least 5 years and have had no problems because they cover all the basis and double check for errors or risk factors
What's great about it: This has been the fastest and easiest return even with a purchase of solor

First Time Turbo Tax User

Overall very good, easy to use, great product, but error fixes should be able to be fixed on the page they are found, this makes it easier for the user.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, self explanatory
What's not so great: Some errors, couldn't be fixed when they were found, you had to go back to the page where the error was made.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

IT'S SO EASY TO FALL IN LOVE

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX SINCE THE VERY BEGINING, ABOUT 1992, I THINK?
AT FIRST, I WAS AFRAID OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PREPARING MY OWN COMPLICATED TAX RETURNS.
THEN, AS THE YEARS FLOWED BY, I DEVELOPED ALONG WITH THE TURBO TAX'S PROGRAMMERS; THEY HAVE MADE IT EASIER AND EASIER TO FOLLOW ALONG.
NOW I AM VERY COMFORTABLE DOING MY OWN TAXES.
What's great about it: SEAMLESS NAVIGATION, SIMPLE TO FOLLOW AND FAST
What's not so great: IT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO BABYSIT THE CHILDREN.

Easy but owed for the first time ever

I've been filing taxes since 2004 and this is the first time i've ever had to pay, this is also the first time i've ever used Turbo Tax. Coincidence???
What's great about it: Very easy to use and walked you through each step
What's not so great: Had to owe State and Federal taxes for the first time ever.
