User would be able to save time if more questions were included on the same page. Also, when working on one section you should be able to proceed to the next topic instead of going back to the beginning.
What's great about it: interview forms are very complete
What's not so great: design needs to combine more question on same page

Tax part of it was excellent as always. Logging in was a problem . I changed my password to log in and it wouldn't let me so I skipped it and had to fill in my info so I could pay with my credit card. That was more of a pain than doing the taxes!
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: Had a hard time logging into intuit.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax simplifies everything!

When you enter your info, it doesn't show on your screen so sometimes you go through the same thing more than once. But it is still a time saver.
What's great about it: steps you through pretty much everything
What's not so great: Don't forget to ask yourself if you missed anything
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No real thoughts on improvement. Utterly rational in every way that mattered. The only flaws came from me.

Once program is downloaded and started, it runs smoothly. Inputting data is easy particularly if you let the program ask the questions.
Only downside is that logging to Intuit website is required several times including setting up order for 2016 taxes. I understand the need for security but isn't there a simpler way?
