Had trouble filing with Windows 2010

I had loaded TurboTax in Windows XP but found it was not supported for the extra states I needed this year. Tried to upload the files over to my Windows 10 PC. They still would not load. I asked for files to be able to load but had EFILE files loaded, so the files I tried to load still did not work. Finally Leslie was able to work with me with the special instructions needed to load Windows 10, and my files, after I uploaded the state files I needed to work with the returns. I found that I still had to review the returns for the bank information and a few other bits of information that was not loaded into the worksheets.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions and help from LEARN MORE prompts
What's not so great: Had trouble with getting files to work this year

2015 Turbo Tax Review

I have been a TurboTax user since the beginning and have always found it to be the easiest to complete. I have tried some of the competitors products to compare and honestly there is no comparison.
What's great about it: Easy as usual to complete
What's not so great: None

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and have been happy with the ease of use and the results. Carrying information forward to the next tax year is a very handy feature which helps making sure I have all the required forms and documents necessary to answer the questions in the guided format. From handling various investment situations to covering the tax liabilities of a death in the family, TurboTax has been a tremendous application for tax preparation and filing. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, software asks all the pertinent questions.
What's not so great: Can't think of any Cons.

Easy again this year

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now. I'll use it again next year.
What's great about it: Much of the information was automatically copied from last year's filing. Easy to use.
What's not so great: Would have liked to known beforehand that the State filing had a filing fee.

been using turbotax since it first came out. some years better than others, but usually reliable.
However, if you have to make changes, you need to go to the beginning and work through all the screens to ensure the changes impact all the appropriate areas.

Quickly done

I have used Turbo Tax for several years with no problems . This year I had to get help with the PA form not showing a transfer of bank interest from a PA bank on to the PA form. I confirmed with PA that the interest was not taxable on PA because I was a resident of CA.
What's great about it: Easy Federal filing
What's not so great: Some problem with PA form
