I've been using TurboTax for many years now. I believe this software goes over all tax areas, and the information required is relatively easy to input. Then again, my taxes are relatively easy, one income with some interest and dividends, and what I consider standard deductions. But TurboTax makes this a relatively quick and painless process. Let's face it, doing one's taxes is not a painless job...
What's great about it: Goes over every area of income and deductions. All areas explained very well.
What's not so great: None.

Continue to be happy with the product and recommend to others.
What's great about it: Like the step by step help
What's not so great: Too expensive to e-file state return.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Kept Freezing

I kept getting frozen when the program started calculation. I was unable to get back into my encrypted file so I ended up having to save without encrypting. That allowed me to exit the program whenever it froze and go back to where I was before.
In the past, I have had no problems with TurboTax, but this year was miserable. I may be looking at other options next year.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Kept freezing.

Best tax software I have ever used.

Best tax soft ware I have ever used. I am one that has used this software for at least ten years. Nothing else beats for my needs.
I used it, in my days of doing family members and friends taxes for years until this year when I retired doing others taxes except for family. I used it as a public service to help many people who were referred to me who didn't have others to help them out. I am glad I did it. It's a comfort to me to know that I've had a positive impact on family and friends lives.

What's great about it: easy to use, mistakes are easy to correct, get to review in several ways.. Have been a fan for over ten years!!!
What's not so great: Sometimes things you don't need get in the way of progress but once you have used it and become familiar easy to use.
