why cant W2 with HSA on box 12 be efiled???
What's great about it: very efficient
What's not so great: W2 for HSA no wages in box 1 it is entered in box 12 a code W. Pain to not be able to efile
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

crashed multiple times. Sometimes got into loops that forced reboot. Sometimes has confusing instructions.
What's great about it: very good and friendly phone consultants

I am a very satisfied and loyal customer of TurboTax for the last 10 years. I am impressed with your commitment to excellence and always improving your product. It is very user friendly. I actually enjoy doing my taxes. I appreciate the opportunity to be guided through all questions, whether they pertain to me or not. I continually recommend TurboTax to my family, friends and employees. Your product makes excellent Christmas gifts! Keep up the great work!
What's great about it: TurboTax offers the same warm reassurance & satisfaction as an aromatic & tasty cup of hot chocalate.
What's not so great: Could you please build a replicator into your software to provide users with a cup of chocalate?

Refund All Done

I completed my returns (one Fed & 2 State returns), but never could understand why, on my Resident State return, it doubled the amount of "Taxable Income" (which was the same on each state W-2. Hope this does not cause problems for me when my Resident state puts the return through its computer, and thinks that I have paid less tax than I should have, due to the fact that TurboTax inserted a figure twice what my Resident state W-2, box 1, shows.
What's great about it: Seemed easy to use
What's not so great: Could not get answers to questions I had as easily as I should

Turbo tax helps make you a hero and it is easy

I do my taxes and my kids taxes each year. with turbo tax, they think I know what I am doing. It is easy to use since it guides you through each step. I have been using turbo tax for over 10 years. I almost enjoy doing taxes each year.

overall, i am really grateful to not have to figure out which forms to file, or to have to worry about arithmetic mistakes since tt does the calculations.
it is a little annoying that the program does not always remember/account for previous entries. for instance, since i am self-employed, it seems that i would not be asked twice about whether i had health insurance.
