Time Saving

1st time users can us step-by-step to make sure they don't miss any deductions. Takes a little longer but when you get a bigger refund it is worth the time.
I've used Turbo Tax 5 years so it uploads last years taxes and highlights the areas I have used in the past. Taxes complete and sent in less then 5 minutes WOW
Note I couldn't find Turbo Tax a few years ago and used HR Block home tax...it was a nightmare to navigate....I will love the simple layout Turbo Tax uses even a first time tax preparer should have no problem.

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years and have always received the best refund possible. I have never been audited due to low risk level in final analysis.
What's great about it: Easy, Accurate, Thorough and Intuitive
What's not so great: Inconvenience of not having all forms available when product is released.

I give it a A+.
I've used Turbotax for 12 to 15 years.
As always, for the normal tax payer,
simple.
I believe that even a person doing their taxes
for the first time could do this.
Just don't rush.

What's great about it: I loved that I could do this in an relaxed mode. No pressure.
What's not so great: Can't think of a single con.

Last year state was free except for e file fee. This year a charge that doubles my cost to do business with you. If I would have known this before buying your software I might have made a different choice. Oh well there is always next year. I filled out my state without your help! Signed a multiple year user of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: step by step is great
What's not so great: The fact that now I have to pay for my state return to be done!
