Excellent Product

Turbo Tax is the best! It gets better every year. I like to be able to go back and check other areas if I have found that I have omitted something. I always have lots of receipts, documentation so it is nice to have everything spread out in my floor and not have to take all of that stuff to somebody else to filter through.
Thank you so much Turbo Tax for the wonderful product that you have made available to us all!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax allows you to go back and look at different sections
What's not so great: I don't have any!

First time using the program went well. I tried asking a question in the community and received no response. Overall I give it 4 out of 5 Stars.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Community forum
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This was an uncomplicated year: no special circumstances, no exceptions, just a vanilla return with deductions. And a nice refund. They should all be this simple.

We have been successfully using this tool for years, and it somehow gets easier every year. I imagine that other programs are similar, but Turbo Tax has never given me a reason to want to switch. Now, onward to 2016.

Simply Intuit-ive!

We don't have a particularly complicated tax picture, so TurboTax is a great solution for us!
What's great about it: Work flow matched neatly with how I had my supporting documents organized; drop down menus and explanations were easy
What's not so great: Difficult to UN-do an entry in miscellaneous income after learnng I had misclassified it.

Easy Step by Step Process

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always found it intuitive and easy to use for the most part, especially if you don't have any very complicated situations. The Learn More topics are good for the most part, but don't always fully answer the question. I have found some answers on the on line help. Other users sometimes have had a similar situation and found the answer. It would be good if Turbo Tax had some type of Knowledge Library.
What's great about it: Walks you through and allows you to skip what doesn't apply
What's not so great: Doesn't always give good Learn More information especially on State Return
