First time I've had Difficulty

This is the first year I have had problems with TurboTax. It hung on 'Calculating" three times while I was working, each time I had to turn my computer off. It wouldn't let me go back, cancel, stop, escape, etc. You also need lots of information from last year's return that is very difficult to find if you aren't using the same computer as last year. On the whole I like it, but I hated the "bugs" this year.
What's great about it: the math is done for me! easy, faster than paper and pencil
What's not so great: It's very difficult to get into last years return to get pins, etc.

Great Tax Filing Experience

I have used TurboTax for several years and the 2015 filing was as painless as ever. Not that filing your taxes is ever FUN, but TurboTax makes it as painless as possible.
What's great about it: Easy to Understand, Simple to Use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy, Breezy tax filing

This is my 4th year in a row to file taxes using turbotax.
I always get refund when i do.
The filing is so easy that you just click walk me through or if you're a little bit pro then enter as much as you can and thats it.
The refund is based on how much tax exemptions you'd claimed for the taxable year.
Well, turbotax helped me figure out how much i can claim for exemptions. The deductions on my paycheck won't be too much at the same time i still get refund during tax filing season.
Im happy with turbotax. No need to pay someone else to do my taxes. They'll just screw it and you're done.
Turbotax does it right and accordingly. No need to worry about getting audited in the future because its been done correctly as long as you follow through the turbo tax guide. Well, youre always guided overtime anyway so no worries at all.

Very simple and very quick!

Lot of trust goes into the software used to file your taxes. Always been a good experience so far with TurboTax - that's why I'm using it again for the 10th year!

I use MAC products and find it frustrating to have to tab through each line of every form to get to where i need to be. up and down arrows don't work at all in these programs. still, feel fairly secure using products
What's great about it: Accurate and fairly easy
What's not so great: Hard to move around and find what's needed

Good solid program

Been using TT for many years now, good solid support and program, I like how it carries forward my return from last year to this year, so not a huge about of duplication of things that don't change from year to year.
What's great about it: Smooth, clear, easy to use
What's not so great: Slow opening and updating this year, little obscure about how to directly download forms from Banks, etc
