I like TurboTax....but

Have been a loyal TurboTax user for a number of years now. But is irritating that not one e-file for state return is included.
What's great about it: Easy to use....good stuff!
What's not so great: Should include one e-file for state returns.

Excellent Tax Preparation Software

Over all a good Tax Preparation Program, especially if you are able download investment information; If manual entry of investment data is required then the average user has serious review time and hard work ahead.
What's great about it: Thorough review of return prior to submission as well as the State Return, in my case Illinois.
What's not so great: Instructions vague and hard to follow, especially if you have a busy investment account.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent

The overall experience was excellent. It was simple to use, step-by-step guidance and almost no hiccups at all. It was stress free and quick. The only hangup was it did freeze when trying to calculate one step. I had to go back two times to get it unfrozen. After that, it was a breeze all the way to my e-file of my taxes. I'll be using TurboTax again next year for sure. And it will now remember all my info, so it should be even faster. Excellent, thanks TurboTax!!!
What's great about it: Quick, easy, simple to use with step-by-step guidance.
What's not so great: Did freeze up once during a calculation, had to go back a couple times to get it to work.

Almost foolproof!

Turbo Tax is a great program for me. I have basic computer skills, and I am not a CPA, yet this program made filing my federal and state taxes a breeze.
What's great about it: It walks you through everything, step by step, so nothing is missed.
What's not so great: A little difficult to go back to make changes.
